Completing online driver improvement is convenient and inexpensive. The internet allows drivers to participate in the course at their own pace and schedule online. Read a few sections and answer a few multiple choice questions. With solid research, quality writing, creative thinking and great content our course will be both educational and fun.

Upon completion of the driver improvement course, a certificate will be mailed out to you. From there, simply submit it to the court and prevent the points from going onto your driving record.

Attendance brings you many benefits. Citations received usually will have points on your license attached to them. The conviction typically appears on the record, as will the points. Upon successful completion of our course, points will not be on your driving record.

You may also complete our courses for insurance reductions as well. Check with your insurance company to see if a reduction will apply after you complete our program.

You may elect on any non-mandatory court appearance citation that has points assessed. If you elect our option, adjudication is withheld, the base fine is reduced by 18%, and the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicle (DHSMV) will not assess points against your driving record. You are eligible to elect once every 12 months and five times in your lifetime. Traffic School must be approved in the State of Florida. We are approved. Once you have completed it, you must return the completion certificate to the Clerk's Office within 60 days from the date you paid the school election fee.

Who may choose to attend a Driver Improvement course?

Any person charged with a moving or non-moving traffic violation that would result in points being assessed to the driving record, may choose to attend a driver improvement course.

Exclusions:

• All criminal violations
• CDL drivers who are charged with serious traffic violations while in their commercial motor vehicle
